Ok so I work for a company that is contracted by centrelink to provide services to people on the dole. Today I had a client come in for an appointment with the senior consultant and the client had bought her caseworker with her. Said caseworker became abusive towards me for following legislative procedures and wanted me to skip them. She then insulted my profession and when her and her client were referred to the senior consultant continued to be abusive towards us and wanted to skip all the proceedures. SId caseworker set her client off into psychosis and became so abusive towards my senior that the senior terminated the appointment. The poor client had been quite willing to go along with what was asked of her in the appointment however her caseworker had acted in such an aggressive manner that the poor woman went into a psychotic episode.
How unprofessional, wish I'd gotten the caseworkers name so I could make a complaint to her company :@
