Because you have the code it should make life a lot easier.
P2127 indicates a problem with the accelerator pedal wiring or possibly the pedal position sensor itself. It could just be a problem with a connector between the pedal sensor and the
ECU.
Try to find the connector for the pedal and spray a bit of contact cleaner in there. If the code continues to occur, it may be a problem with the pedal position sensor itself.
