I personally like the look and feel of the spoon sports/honda s2000 aluminium/titanium gear knob. Feels awesome to shift with (but that could also be the close ratio box in the s2000). I have had a MOMO one and the yellow leather wore out very quickly. it too came with multi-fit adapters.
