You want racist... at work my hubby is paid less even tho he has more experience and has been there longer because he is white. He has to book holidays a year in advance yet if he was black he could go walk about at a minutes notice. He is over looked for training oportunities because he is white. I fail to understand how its racism when directed at a black person but perfectly acceptable when its a white person on the recieving end.
