They would just want to lead some sensationalist movement to ban all modified cars through ridiculos & ill-informed laws like to lowering laws recently.

They would have to of known that he couldn't be charged, they would have caught a sniff of the video months ago. They will more than likely express their disgrace that this 'hoon' gets off scott free because it's been so long & try to create public outrage...either that or influence someone to damage his car or him if they see him in the street.

In a way I hope that happens & he sues ACA.
