Can do 'but you fill it to the line on the side of the bottle, not to the top'. I'ed still recommend mixing in coolant with it.
If you're using an airconditioner at home, stick a bucket under it to catch the water from that, or alternately use rain water 'which has been a bit scarse lately

edit: you may find a pleasant suprise 'all over your engine bay', if you overfill the overflow bottle, or shit yourself thinking your radiatior has exploded, either way pic's please
