I thought that may be the case.
I'm having issues with battery life: It died on me the other day at 4pm after being fully charged at 9am with less than 1 hour of use (rest was standby). I can actually watch the percentage go down while I'm surfing the web!
I wanted to charge it up fully and restore the phone to reset the battery software. Looks like I can't restore to 3.1 or 3.1.2 but there are so many threads about terrible battery life on 3.1.3 (ie: 3 hours of standby kills the battery) so I'm not keen on upgrading to that. They release flawed software but won't let you restore to the older software - knobs.
