No chance!
It is a Feb 09 build, April 09 compliance. I researched the hell out of it before I purchased it. Wouldn't have even accepted an 08 build MY09 due to internal engine problems documented on Nasioc.
It has the darker rims, and front WRX badge.
I even got Subaru to inform me in writing that no warranty claim had been made, and got an inspection at a Subaru dealer in the area before sending it over.
The guy was driving up and down the Sunshine Coast constantly until he was forced to do on site visits and was given a Hilux.
