220 pounds
100kg @ 1.5g/kg of body weight is 150 grams a day.

For me that is 3 scoops of protein in water 3 times a day @ 68 grams of protein per serving which is 204 grams of protein daily via protein shakes. I might be wasting a little but I am happy with my results.
