Gav, most of these weights that people have put up here are for 5 speed flywheels, which by design will always be lighter than a 6 speed flywheel.
I have a brand new sti chromolly lightweight 6 speed flywheel to go into mine with a jim berry clutch, when I do the engine swap back to a 207 and go away from the carbon fibre twin plate.

I would recommend a japanese brand over any others, a jun lightweight like stace said or a sti lightweight as examples.
