The GTHO is exactly what I'm thinking. Mentioned it to my mate/business partner earlier tonight and he's all for it so now I've got to throw some figures around and maybe give the dude a deposit this week.
I'm not going to get too excited though just yet, just the concept of ever owning a 22B is still taking me some time to process
