Just wondering if anyone here is in the Home Alarm business?

I have some issues with my "Ness D8-98" alarm system and need some help!

The box inside the house now has the light inside it continually illuminated and also the battery icon on the main display is constantly flashing. I have read the manual and the only thing it says is that the battery is low but its a rechargable.
