first off sorry if this is in the wrong section or has been covered, had a look around but couldnt find anything specific.

saw a lib in front of me today with WRC plates, the kind that were issued when perth still had the rally, i.e. 074 WRC etc. now obviously these are no longer available, so my question is how many were issued (999?) and what are the chances of any coming up for sale? and if so how much are people gonna be asking?
