Default Big brakes

Guys,

Interested in knowing some theory from the experts. The more pots a brake caliper has this just means the more even pressure on the brake pad asfaik?? Normally a 6-8 pot calliper is larger than say a 4 pot calliper??

Now i have 4 pot sti brembo brakes and wondering if going to a larger pot calliper if there is a benefit to this??

Or is it the brake pads that will dictate how well the car pulls up??

Also is a say a racing calliper system like AP racing STI 4 pots or WRC callipers better than say a street calliper such as a brembo STI 6 pot (off ra-r)??
