Dunlop DZ03 M's or H's if you are doing track work as you can get the temps up, most progressive, grippy tyre...period just expensive (go the softs if you are doing autokhana but they will wear quickly)

Alao tyre pressures are the most important thing when it comes to getting the best grip and wear from the tyre. All good reps will be able to tell you what to run them at and what the temp fluctuation should be.
