Jaron,

As suggested before, do some research before you go ahead with things.

Some recommendations:

Ideally

-Lose the bleed valve

-Upgrade to tek 3 (if you want to stick with ecutek) and have boost controlled electronically.

Or

-Buy a electronic boost controller and wind boost in on dyno.

Or, at the very least

-Wind the boost using the bleed valve into the car on a dyno to make sure everything is safe.

Dont touch ur bleed valve without a boost gauge!!
