I am all for driving lights! Every motorbike should have its lights come on the moment you turn the key- no question.

As for cars, well I think having some driving lights on is a good idea. NOT brighter-than-the-sun LED lights which are all about attracting attention, but more subtle lights which make that black car against the dull-coloured trees in your rear-view mirror stand out a little.. so you consciously know its there.
