Depends entirely on the company you work for. My partners car all the day to day running expenses, servicing etc are provided.
Optional extras such as speeding tickets must be paid for by the employee.
Personally I would put the excess in the driver can pay it ( unless it is stipulated in your contract ). Lets face it if you caused an accident it is only fair enough that it costs you something for your mistake.
