Default Come to a Turning Point

Its that time where everyone thinks, spend a couple of k on their car or get rid of it and start again.

So basically was thinking, the ole man's about to retire so the time to get some work done on the car on the cheap is now.

Project Bug

What I was thinking:
  • Get Bugeye STi rear wing;
  • Get a set of rims;
  • Pull finger out of ass and put headlight tinting on;
  • Clean the stereo up a bit (already have amps and subs, would be looking for just splits and maybe a head unit;
  • Suck up to tino and find out where he get that additional bonnet vent from and grab one of those; and
  • Get new rims powder coated white (has anyone got any pic's of black on white rims?)

Would really like to see/hear some opinions on what people are doing to prevent trolly/door dents on their Subbies as that would be another factor for me to consider if upgrading is the way to go 'don't want to have a car that looks like its had hail damage down the side 'over time', that hasn't.

I've not looked in a while but it seems Subaru doesn't have a solution for this?

Pretty much all cosmetic and comfort style mods, may go the way of VF34 down the track, may not.

Thoughts?
