49k for an 'R' would be without onroads for a 3 dr manual. Could quite easily get to $65k for a 5door with DSG plus a few extras however $72k would have to be heavily optioned, but as with most new cars discounts can be had.

I'm guessing Ford quoting $59990 would be plus onroads.
