Should have mentioned above, but sound proofing and vibration dampening are similar, but not the same.

Dynamat = Vibration proofing
Foam Mass Loaded Vinyl = Sound proofing

Although Dynamat will sound proof by stopping the sound / noise caused by vibrations of panels.
