For quality you really need to x 4 your budget ,

A good quality amp will set you back about 2k and good set of fronts will cost you 2k

Rears are not so important, Just a set of ceiling mounted speakers,

And then leaves your centre speaker.

Depending on the size of your theatre room will decide if 7.1 is worth it.

To be honest I would say 5.1 is fine and more than enough for the average size theatre room.

Never get those all in one packs. Waste of time and money.

Just keep saving mate and get all seperate gear.
