"Bio-fuel cannot be sold in WA because it fails State requirements under the Reid vapour pressure test which measures the volatility of petroleum products.
Heather Brodie, chief executive of the Bio-Fuels Association of Australia, said other State Governments had adjusted their regulations to allow the sale of the greener fuel.
