first you just have to face the fact that you're going to find it hard to put on weight.
Eat as much nutritionally valued food you can ( highish in protein ) and train with weights to increase muscle mass.
You'll never put on heaps of muscle ( be happy with slightly north of 5kgs gain ) but keep in mind it will drop off 3 times faster than it took to put on so your training has to be consistent.
Find solace in the fact that in 20 yrs time you'll be the same weight and everyone around you will be fat.
