Ive just started becoming a gym junkie, go 4-5 times a week without fail
I use Jack3d as pre-workout (30mins), then sip "Scivation Xtend" During workout and then have a massive Protein Shake after.
then i usually skip dinner etc, cos i usually have a big breakfast/lunch
I am on Reduction PM pills at night, supposed to regulate the metabolism and act as a mild thermogenic as well as help you sleep. I find that I sweat much more during the night, but then I wake up feeling sooo much better, better recovery etc.
I supplement all of this with a Centrum a day and 3 1500mg capsules of fishoil with food twice a day.
Feeling much healthier, and getting much more from my weight training. Then again one of the things may be a placebo, but I find that since I've spent a bit of cash on this stuff, it motivates even more.
