What size is the hard drive? If it's a 120 meg that would seem to be about right, and you should be able to allocate and use that space. It's not the sum of the two existing partitions so I doubt it's a corrupted partition table showing phantom space.

^^ WHS (except 120GB :P ). You wont be able to extend the size of C unless you use special software (eg Partition Magic or the like). I dont believe Win 7 has built in tools for that (someone will correct me if i am wrong). But you can create a new partition and create a D drive. Right click the unallocated space and create a new partition. Its pretty self explanatory, and hard to muck up. Google it, there will be an online tutorial and explanation on the different partition types.
