I did notice while watching that there was very little in the way of rubber around the place compared to the first two. Less practice this time I think.

Think I liked this one the most purely for the work on the banking. You'd be crapping your daks sliding down from the top lane from lack of speed. Huge cross slope.

The pushups at the end put the banking into perspective.
