eh its nothing new, but if you dont notice that giant window on the back of that van you deserve to get caught, those are heaps easier to see than a camera behind tree. in the eastern states i got done by a camera that was mounted in the back of a stock 4x4, you can not tell its a camera until it flashes. so i reckon we have got it pretty easy
