theres nothing wrong with big boost, its all dependent on the tuner.
ej205, 1.60 bar is about as much as they take before you get valve bounce, ej207 to my experience is at 2.00 bar and climbing.

blowing hot air isnt an issue, with a decent ecu you can pick up on this and pull a boost trim to pull the boost down to compensate, that way you at least get maybe three or four seconds at big boost before the compensations kick in. its all about the tuning.
