What is it exactly that you want to do?
If you want a formal, timed event you need to be sanctioned to do this for insurance purposes. This is where CAMS and AASA come in. Drivers need to hold suitable licenses to compete at the level too. Courses need to be checked and ensured as safe for the motor sport event.
If you want to just have some fun, book a non-timed skid pan or long track session. As soon as timing comes into play, it is no longer deemed training and you need to have all the backup of a motorsport event.
