I wouldn't recomend it at 100,000 or under 10 years old unless they are leaking. I see them leak more often when someone has scratched the camshaft levering it out with a screwdriver or knocked the new one in crooked. I say leave them be if they're still good. Remember that camshafts turn at half engine speed so they don't wear the seals out fast.
