Spotted this too. No one was there when I went through tho at about 8am. Freeway traffic was banked right back to Edgewater Trainstation this morning. Worst I've seen it in a while. Why can't people drive when its wet?
Thought about whipping out the orange light onto the roof and going down the emergency stopping lane...
