If it was me and I had a budget I would do as follows:

1. search for a flash tune option first, obviously verso or dare I say the company I used recently for the Foz. He has done and can do a flash tune over the net for you at a good price. PM if you want to discuss.

2. select a flash tune
3. do sway bar and links mod with wheel alignment.
4. coilovers (hsd) or lowering springs (whiteline, swifts, other jdm)
5. exhaust (spend extra and get a good set of boxes is my advice. The y pipe, mid pipe and dump can come later if your on a budget.
6. tmic mod
7. more tuning with upgraded boost control solenoid
8. your ready for bigger rims and rubber
9. upgrade brake pads, rotors and fluid.
10. there are some easy cosmetic mods
