Lowering the car should take the coilover further away from the CV Boot. The roll centre is changing upwards not downwards.

Instead of the driveshaft having a tighter angle to the wheel radius as you lower it, it should flatten out and be almost perpendicular.

The Boot wouldnt change distance much if at all anyway.
