Default Anyone bought Tyres from USA? and Summer vs All Season?
Anyone here bought Tyres from USA?

I'm looking at the Continental ExtremeContact DWS which is an American All-Season tyre, which is apparently really comfortable, quiet and has a massive treadwear rating.

Plus it is like 1/3rd the price of any kind of Continental tyres here in Australia.

First of all, What do you peeps reckon of my idea to change from Pirelli PZero Rossos (Max Performance Summer Tyre) to Continental ExtremeContact DWS (Ultra High Performance All-Season Tyre). (considering its for a luxobarge (BMW 745i)).

and also, are there any legalities to look at? I had a look at the ADRs, as long as its allowed in certain countries, it will be permitted here.

Sizes are 245/45R19 on front and 275/40R19 on rear.
