Joe,
dump all your coolant and go with water wetter and distilled water only. This gives the best results and water wetter does give the anti corrosive properties required based on my own experience and quizzing of redline themselves.
The only other thing you need the coolant for is anti freeze. Not an issue in this state

Ethyl glycol is considerably less conductive than plain water. As long as whatever you put in there has corrosion protection, the ethyl glycol is redundant.
Redline definately works and is cost effective based on one bottle plus 5 or so litres of distilled water.
