Subaru were supplying replacement radiators with a cap on the top tank for a while, even though the cars in question did not originally have them. The cap on the rad should be 121kpa i think, header tank is definitely 108kpa
Gotta agree with apg39 though. This is the same as the last thread by the OP. Take it to a workshop and get them to look at it.
