If its new, live with it for a while while you run it in over the first couple of tanks, then make minor adjustments on the low speed screw.
Also check that when the throttle is closed that the slide/butterfly is only opened by a couple of mm, (under the air filter), oh and get more glow plugs, if its new you'll need one again soon.
It doesn't hurt to run it rich for the first few tanks of the engines life, but it will foul the plug.
