There is your problem!!!

You are not putting you ECU in for performance enhancements!
You are putting it in due to the updated ECU having better Fuel economy over standard with a slight power variation!

Its all in the way you say it mate

If you increase your power by I think it was 30kw with RAC they gong your policy, so you can get it done, don't worry about that.
