Changed the oil? Try some Motul Comp FF or something similar.

Also, hows your gearbox mounts? If they're soft, you'll have a bit more trouble shifting, especially when pushing it (engine loads up then unloads, twists the box on its mounts, and makes it harder to get into gear).
