The ribs masters on here, that I can vouch for, are American Dave and myself. There's the odd "grasshopper" or two around
I'm in for putting up my ribs skills again but I don't have the time (or cruise map skills) to organise the day. So someone else will need to take up that cause.
Essentially we need:
1. Date
2. Cruise map
3. Appropriate rib eating venue (that doesn't have a water skiing event on - last rib cruise error)
4. Co-ordinator of funds
As Dave and I found out on the last "Rib Run" cruise - cooking 20,30 Kg, perhaps even more ribs is a HUGE effort.
I quite simply cannot do more than 20 Kg as the smoker just isn't big enough. 20 Kg involves 2 efforts which is 6 hours of smoking.
