I have seen this.. inside my last motor that popped a few yrs ago.

The oil analysis at the time indicated 58% reduced oil viscosity due to fuel in the oil, the washed bores and cylinder head ports were a testament to this also. We had the Sard injectors tested.. and it indicated a very poor spray pattern with little atomisation.

ASG indicated to me at the time that they had a lot of trouble with Sard injectors, especially the 650s.. some are easy to tune, others aren't. The ones that aren't are the ones that have the poor spray patterns.

It's not that they're bad as a whole, they're just inconsistent between sets.
