I have a contender. We put on an 18 year old to fit trays a few weeks before Xmas. Seemed to be alright as long as he is supervised as he gets distracted. No probs otherwise. Start back after Xmas on Tuesday. A car that another guy is working on has some small change go missing. Only 3 of us there at the time and it wasn't me or the guy working on the car (he was the one that brought it to attention). No fingers were pointed just told that the money needed to resurface asap, which it didn't.
Wednesday morning, I pull into work and see the young guy on the phone say good morning and thats the last anyone sees him. Boss tries calling and phone is switched off. Tries again Thursday morning but this time calls his emergency contact being his mum. Asks why he isn't at work and where he is. He had told his mum he got fired. She drags him into the car and brings him down. He sits there saying nothing and starts crying. His mum apologises for wasting our time and they leave.
