turns out it's the gearbox. prob due to tear n wear since the car is nearly 9yrs old.

Put in a Sti Group-N tanny mounts n sorta helped the jerking a lil bit.

tried the group-n engine mounts but it doesnt fit into my car.

Anyone interested in them can take it off me for $230. Brand New.

otherwise I will return them for a refund.
