I always knew WA was backwards compared to other states but this take the icing on the cake.

That meant drivers could enter directions before taking off, but they were not allowed to enter any changes to the route once driving.

But drivers were still allowed to use the full functionalities of dedicated navigation systems such as Tom Toms by touching the devices, Mrs Fyfe said."

How is using a smartphone in a holder different to a dedicated Nav system ?
