if there are faults they charge $80 per hour to find and fix,

with the smoke detectors its not mandatory to have a fixed wire detector (athough most companies would lead you to believe).
you only need a fixed battery one (10 year lithium battery smoke detector) as long as the battery can not be removed its compliant to australian standards.

quote i got was $315 for 2x RCD's, $100 for fixed smoke detector (i opted to use 10year fixed battery lithium battery detector which was far cheaper $50 each from bunnings, two minute job to fit).
