If you look under the dash theres the master cylinder for the clutch, undo the nut on the shaft and twist the shaft until its adjusted correctly.
Then just tighten the nut to lock it in place.

That's not a clutch adjuster, it should not need adjusting, it's only for pedal height. If it's adjusted wrong you can do some serious damage to the clutch.
