its one of those things we need to hear for ourselves to give you a opinion, but i dont think its the crank pulley itself, if the crank pulley is worn you would get engine vibration cause the rubber bushing is worn, to me it sounds like a loose/incorrectly fitted belts or like a idler pulley etc.
