I finished year 12 and took some temp work in the govt. with the intention of going to TAFE in second semester the following year. 8 years later I was still there and although I had a good job and earned decent coin, I fkn hated every day of it. I felt stuck and trapped too, couldn't think of what else I could do and studying wasn't an option due to mortgage etc. I took a big risk and used my savings getting myself into the real estate industry as a sales rep. It's very hard to start, and still pretty hard in a market like we have now, but I don't for one second regret the move. I love the job and the variety of it
