Mate dont even worry, my 01 bug got stolen over new years, found 3 hours later in armadale. Stolen roughly 2am, they took the keys ect yada yada. The car had a brant alarm, dunno how it was bypassed but they did it, and even more so without me hearing a peep. Good luck dude, it will go through.

17k Worth of repairs later, my car was back in my hands. Just simply tell them, either they pay out or replace. If they continue to try and argue, simply tell them thats fine, and you're going to court with it. I almost punched my investigator out due to his arrogance. I can honestly say, that bloke will never speak to someone like that again. In the end, i fought them and got my car covered.
